Job Description
Network IT is currently recruiting for a Head of IT Service Management, to join our client in Milton Keynes on a 6 month initial contract.

This is a critical role for our client, who operate an ITIL focussed ITSM function. Â
Â
You’ll provide strategic leadership for IT Service Management, overseeing service delivery, continual improvement, stakeholder engagement, and customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of service management professionals, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, meet agreed performance targets, and evolve in line with business and customer requirements.

Please note that this is an SC Cleared position, active SC is not required to be considered, however it would be a ‘nice to have’ to aid in speeding up onboarding.

Working Practice: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Key Skills:
- A demonstratable background of working in ITSM Management or Leadership, in complex service delivery environments.
- Experience of leading teams, including Service Delivery Managers.
- Knowledge of working with service management tooling, this client uses ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of setting up SLA’s / OLA’s.
- ITIL4 Managing Professional, or ITIL V3 Expert with ITIL4 Foundation certification.
- Evidence of delivering services to standards such as ISO9001 / ISO2000:1
- Setting up ISTM strategy, and change management within an established ITSM function.
- Strong background in engaging with vendors / suppliers / third parties.
- Eligibility for, or already SC Cleared.
